Wild strawberry leaf tea
- Makes: 1 cup
- Time: 10 min + drying
- From: Wild strawberry
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon thoroughly dried wild strawberry leaves
- 250 ml water
Method
- Bring the water to the boil.
- Pour it over the dried leaves in a tea infuser.
- Leave to steep for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Strain and drink plain or with a spoonful of honey.
Storing: Drink it fresh; the dried leaves keep for a year.
