Meadowsweet tea

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon dried meadowsweet flowers
• 250 ml water

Method

1. Bring the water to the boil and let it cool for a minute.
2. Pour it over the flowers in a tea infuser.
3. Cover and leave to steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Strain and drink in moderation, a few cups a day at most.

Storing: Drink it fresh.
