Musk strawberries with lemon cream

Ingredients
- 300 g musk strawberries
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar
- grated zest of ½ lemon
- a few mint leaves
Method
- Whip the cream with the icing sugar until light, not too stiff.
- Fold in the lemon zest.
- Divide the strawberries between 4 bowls and add a spoonful of cream.
- Finish with finely shredded mint and eat straight away.
Storing: Eat it straight away.
