- 500 g strong white bread flour
- 7 g instant yeast (1 sachet)
- 10 g salt (2 tsp)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 350 ml lukewarm water
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 2–3 sprigs of fresh rosemary

Method
- Mix the flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add the water and 3 tablespoons of olive oil and knead for 8–10 minutes into a supple, slightly sticky dough.
