Lime-blossom tea

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dried lime blossom (or 2 tablespoons fresh)
  • 250 ml water
  • a little honey, if you like

Method

  1. Put the blossom in a teapot or tea infuser.
  2. Bring the water to the boil and let it cool for a minute.
  3. Pour it over the blossom and leave to steep, covered, for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Strain and sweeten with a little honey to taste.

Storing: Drink the tea fresh. Dried blossom keeps for a year in a closed jar.
